    I have used Bikram Yoga for weightloss and I can attest to the amazing and swift benefits. But it is hard to get used to if you are not fit. People sure need to work into it slowly, but if they are regular about their yoga workouts, then they will lose weight very quickly.

    Bikram Yoga is also a great heap of fun, once you can handle the sweating! I looooove it.
